All churches, Companies, and Branches should hold Pre-Camp Meeting Revival Week of Preyers starting on 14th to 21st July 2012.
Elders Board will be held at Chongwe Main Church on 26 February 2012; Time 09:00 hours. All Church Elders and company Leaders to attend. Elders should come with the List of 2012 Church Officers, 2012 Church Time Managenent and List of activities for the Strategic Plan for 2012 to 2015.

February is Stewardship month all churches should conduct stewardship programmes.
1. There will be an AMO Rally in April, 11-18. All men should prepare for this meeting and our venue is at Mulungushi Rock of Authority.
2. Please, be reminded that submission of 2011 fourth-quarter reports is 5th Jan. 2012.
3. Please, be rerminded that beginnig 1st quarter of 2012, we will have new quarterly report forms in W. minstry, Children Ministry, P.Minstry, Communication, Chaplaincy dept, AY, & S School.
4. There will be Health & Medical professionals on 8-1-2012 at 09hrs at Mulungushi Internation conference centre.
5. All Pastors will be on yeat-end holday as from 22Dec. 2011- 2nd Jan. 2012.
6. There will be a Dorcas Council on 25 Dec.2011 at City sda at 10hrs.
7. There will be a Departmental meeting for PM, SS, VOP, on 22-12012 at Kabwata sda at 9-16hrs, come with packed lunch.
8. The details of C.Z.C. Strategic Plans roadmap will be made available after pasters' meeting 10-14 Jan.2012.
